Train hard. Feed your progress.

Serious about the gym? Make meals, protein and recovery fit the way you train.

Build your nutrition around your gym day.

Make your meals work alongside your training. Keep the everyday basics consistent, with recovery nutrition after your session.

  1. Your daily base

Enjoy Formula 1 as a convenient meal prepared as directed. Protein Drink Mix (PDM) adds protein to your shake or between meals; use Creatine+ consistently on training days and rest days, following your label.

  2. Before you train

Include carbohydrate in the meals that fuel your day, and allow time for your food to settle before the gym. If you want a snack closer to your session, try a banana or toast.

  3. During your session

Keep water handy, with Hydrate as an electrolyte option for your bottle. Prolong Energy Gel is a more specific choice for sustained, demanding exercise, rather than an automatic extra for every weights session.

  4. After strength training

Enjoy Rebuild Strength after strength training, as directed. Its protein supports muscle growth and maintenance; keep your usual meals in place as well.

  5. On rest days

Keep eating well and include protein through the day. Continue Creatine+ according to its daily directions; Rebuild Strength follows your strength-training sessions.

A few useful answers

Can Formula 1 fit a muscle-building goal?

It can be a convenient meal when prepared as directed. Your training, enough food overall and protein through the day still matter; this guide does not use a weight-loss meal-replacement schedule.

Why add PDM to my shake?

It adds protein and a richer, creamier taste. Formula 1 with PDM and water is a preparation option where supported by your product labels.

Does PDM replace Rebuild Strength?

They have different roles. PDM is a flexible way to add protein through the day; Rebuild Strength is designed for after strength training.

Do I use Creatine+ on rest days?

Follow your product label for consistent daily use, including rest days. It is not simply a drink you take immediately before the gym.

ACTIVE or STRONG?

Both include Formula 1, PDM and Rebuild Strength. Choose STRONG if you also want Creatine+ and Hydrate in your pack.

When would I choose Hydrate?

It is an electrolyte option for your training bottle. Think about your session and the conditions, especially when it is warm or you sweat heavily.

Is Prolong Energy Gel for every gym session?

It is aimed at fuelling sustained exercise. It is a more relevant extra for longer, demanding sessions than for a short weights workout.

What changes on rest days?

Keep your meals and protein intake consistent, and follow the daily directions for Creatine+. Rebuild Strength follows your strength-training sessions.
